Day 13: Luke 10:26-28 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. John 15:12-13 Greater love hath no man than this, that man lay down his life for his friends. John 12:25-26 He that loveth his life shall lose it, and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me, and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. John 15:14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
God wrote the commandments to be followed to be cherished to be honored, by keeping and do his commandments willfully and not burdensome. But, willingly with a desire, to show that kingdom of God in you to show that we belong to him. When we see Jesus we are to be as he is, lets get ready, put on the new man and worship God in spirit and truth, from the heart, let the love of God come out of your mouth as one with authority, as Jesus did.
Jesus left key instructions as did God and they sound pretty similar, Love, for love covers a multitude of sins and Jesus showed us and taught us, do as I did to you, love, for God is love, for love worketh no ill towards his neighbor. Love all as the Lord died for all, let the devil win no more see past the faults and see yourself, how you would want someone to treat you. We reap that which we sow, let us all fill the earth with his goodness from within to all. Forgive as he has forgiven you.
The King of Peace said if you love me you would follow my commandments; do we love him some of the time or every second; who do we serve? God or mammon, it is our choice.
Love you all, Amen.
A treasure worth finding.....
